Cancellations

You can request a cancellation anytime before your order is completed. Refunds for cancellations will be prorated based on the amount of work completed. For example:

  • If you cancel before your project is assigned to a translator, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel while the project is in progress, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
  • No refund will be issued if the order is completed.

Secondary services (e.g., notarization) not provided will be refunded in full. Secondary services that have been provided are not eligible for a refund.

Turnaround Times

We provide an estimated turnaround time during checkout based on historical data. This estimate covers the time from when we assign your project to a translator until you receive the completed translation. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times but will make every effort to meet or exceed the provided estimate.

The turnaround time begins once the project is assigned to the translator. Delays may occur if there are issues with the initial order processing, such as an unreadable source file or incorrect language pair/word count. Any necessary adjustments to the word count or page number may affect the turnaround time.

Quality Concerns

Translation quality can be subjective. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with the final translation. If a translation does not meet our quality standards and revisions are insufficient, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or offer a re-translation free of charge.

Revision Requests

You may request revisions through your order status page within 30 days of receiving the translation. Revisions are free of charge unless the source material is edited. Changes to the source material may require additional charges or a full retranslation, depending on the extent of the changes.

Translation Acceptance

Except for certified translations required by USCIS, we do not offer refunds for issues related to translation acceptance. It is your responsibility to ensure our translations meet the requirements of your receiving party. Contact us with their requirements before placing your order to ensure compliance.

We offer a money-back guarantee for USCIS-certified translations if they are declined, though we have not had any declines after thousands of submissions, as we meet their translation requirements.
